  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • You can request a return only if:

    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The product was used or damaged after delivery.

  • It is a personal care product or intimate item (due to hygiene reasons).

  • You ordered by mistake or changed your mind after delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days to your original payment method or UPI.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank/UPI details for refund processing.

  • Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items.

  • Contact our team within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
